 Micro hand torch
This small micro hand torch is very well suited for melting down mark tubes precisely and securely. 

Since the flame can be adjusted to a very small size, it is possible to melt down the mark tube precisely
at one point without heating the capillary extensively, as it is the case with common burners and lighters. 

Since it is run with hydrogen and oxygen or propane gas and oxygen, it is possible to produce a very hot flame, 
which makes it even possible to work on quartz glass. 

This torch is a very versatile tool which makes it possible to work with nearly every glass quality,
from simple flame treatment to more complicated tasks.

The hand torch consists of a mixing chamber with two gas inlets also suitable for aggressive media like hydrogen and oxygen. The flow of the gases can be separately and precisely adjusted with two needle valves at the head of the mixing chamber. The blowpipe will be delivered completely with a bended nozzle that has a borehole of 0.3 mm.

On option, you can also get a table tripod which will make work much easier for you. Using the tripod you have both hands free to hold the mark tube while melting it down. In addition, the blowpipe stands firm and secure and cannot blur. 

For specific needs we offer a special stainless steel nozzle with a ruby nucleus in the head. Its nozzle has a mouth of only 0.18 mm, which allows extremely small and hot flames. 

In order to produce more heat at the same time, there is a distributor (optional) that gives the possibility of distributing the flow of gas at the head of the blowpipe to two nozzles.

Zircon blades and holders
For the cutting of glass capillaries we need special blades of a material that is harder than glass. Usually,
 a diamond charged blade is used, which is particularly hard.

Zircon oxide blades are an inexpensive alternative that is easy to use. 
They are also very hard and can be sharpened up at any time. 

These blades are particularly suitable for cutting glass capillaries since the flat blade can be drawn over 
the glass surface with high precision. Afterwards, the capillaries can be separated at the break. 
This technique also works with extremely fine mark tubes that have a wall thickness of only 0.01 mm. 

The blades can be optimally clamped into our aluminium holders and be used freely with one hand only. 
For your convenience, please consider to add this practical tool to your order. 

With this tools you can cut capillaries precisely by yourself.
Disposable syringes
Along with our glass needles we offer matching standard Luer syringes with a low volume that 
are ideal as concerns the handling of the needles. Due to the small volume of the syringe 
pistons the stroke of the needles can be controlled with high precision in order to get an 
optimal dosing result. The easily moving piston inside the needle does support this even further.
Common syringes have a volume of about 1 ml; the volume of these disposable syringes,
however, is halved to 0.5 ml.
