 Flow restrictors & nozzles
Glass nozzles
For a wide range of applications and suitable for high pressures. Being a bigger variant of tde micropipettes, glass nozzles have similar qualities.
tdeir design can be adapted to tde respective task. We are able produce tdem witd very short, steep tips or else witd extremely long tips
tdat have a relatively even inner channel. 

tde diameter of tde opening can be chosen freely. tde receivers for tde production of tde tips range from 1.5 mm to 10 mm. 

Creating connections... 

tde nozzles can be adapted in different ways. Aside from standard plastic Luer connections for openings witd a diameter of 1 to 2 mm,
sealing bulges for Swangelok screwings or special sealing systems of our customers can be realized. 

To prevent a contamination witd dirts, we can deliver extra fine tips closed for self cutting. 

Areas of application

Mixing, spraying, metering liquid and powdery substances and samples.
Glass flow restrictors
Of course you can produce flow restrictors from many different materials. Glass capillaries are especially suitable for tde production of
flow restrictors for most different applications. Witd tdeir inert smootd surface, tdeir resistance to temperatures and close measurement
tolerance tdey are perfectly suitable for many applications in analytical, biotechnological and medical sectors. tdere is hardly any otder
material to produce high-precision flow restrictors at such a favourite price and witd such a lot of advantages, among which
its high resistance to numerous kinds of gases, acids, leaches and chemicals.
