As a German producer of NMR tubes and NMR consumables such as pipettes and filling needles, Hilgenberg GmbH maintains close contact with the development departments of all major European NMR equipment manufacturers.
We have no problems to meet the requirements of the new 100 mm NMR tubes for the Bruker Match¢â system, and we are able supply high-quality tubes reliably for a reasonable price. Moreover, we also develop our own products, such as filling needles for the Bruker Match¢â system, which have been optimized in close cooperation with external scientific and application experts.
*Standard NMR tubes of borosilicate glass 3.3
Our standard NMR tubes are manufactured of high-grade borosilicate glass 3.3 with a fine flame burnished rim and a lense-shaped bottom. The standard tolerances correspond to the usual values.
If necessary, these tubes can be processed by a glassblower, as the glass used for the tubes can be fused easily with conventional laboratory glass. The tubes are delivered in quantities of 50, sealed in plastic foil. Of course, larger packing quantities are possible on request.
Standard sealing caps for 5 mm NMR tubes
For our 5 mm NMR tubes we can also supply standard NMR caps made of EVA in the following colours: Red, green, yellow, blue, black, purple, light blue, pink, white, signal orange.
NMR septum caps for 5 mm NMR tubes
Highly recommended are our new NMR septum caps with special sealing septum.
*NMR tubes for the Bruker Match¢â system
Together with the Bruker company, we have designed and developed a series of high-precision 100 mm standard NMR tubes.
They have been specially matched to the equipment and sample sizes for which the BrukerMatch¢â system was developed. Only high-grade borosilicate glass 3.3 is used for production, whereby very close manufacturing tolerances are maintained. The dimensions are 1-5 mm.
*UV-safe NMR-tubes
Especially for light-sensitive samples, we offer you our new UV-safe 7¡°(178mm) 5 mm NMR-tubes. They match in their dimensions with our standard NMR-tubes. These were additionally colored in brown by a silver ions diffusion process.
